The Account Officer role at Consulting & Biz Solutions involves maintaining general ledger accounts, overseeing financial statement production, and supporting financial operations. You will contribute to yearend closings, administer accounts receivable and accounts payable, prepare tax computations, and coordinate audit processes. Additionally, you will assist in implementing and maintaining internal financial controls, perform account reconciliations, and prepare journal entries. Job Detail

Responsibilities

  • Maintain general ledger accounts and oversee financial statement production.
  • Complete general ledger operations and assist with yearend closings.
  • Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Prepare tax computations and assist with filing returns.
  • Coordinate and support the audit process.
  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
  • Perform account reconciliations and analyses.
  • Prepare journal entries and review accounting classifications.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual accounts and statutory returns.
  • Analyze and prepare monthly management accounts and supporting schedules.
  • Maintain and improve accounting systems and controls.

Qualifications
