Job Detail

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for executives
  • Handle incoming calls and other communications
  • Maintain databases and filing systems
  • Schedule appointments and organize diary entries
  • Compile expense reports
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for executives
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity in all tasks
  • Manage email correspondence and phone messages
  • Record and file documents and records
  • Answer phones and direct calls as needed
  • Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Organize and schedule meetings
  • Provide administrative assistance to executives
  • Carry out specific projects and research as assigned
  • Collate and file expenses
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Maintain executive schedules and ensure deadlines are met
  • Oversee systems and process management
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
