Job Detail
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
- Providing legal advice and support on corporate and real estate matters.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations applicable to the company’s operations.
- Handling real estate transactions including leases, sales, and property management agreements.
- Representing the company in legal proceedings as required.
- Conducting legal research and staying updated on legal trends and developments.
- Liaising with external legal counsel and other stakeholders.
- Managing corporate records and ensuring proper documentation.
- Supporting the HR department with employment law issues.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate law.
- Experience with real estate transactions is an advantage.

- Must reside within Lekki or its environs.
- Available to resume immediately.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB).
- Call to Bar certificate (BL).
- Additional certifications in corporate law or real estate law are an advantage.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years of post-call experience in corporate law.
- Experience in real estate law is highly desirable.
