Zhuli Recruiter is actively seeking an experienced Business Unit Manager to spearhead our Diagnostic & Wellness division located in Lekki, Lagos. This pivotal role involves managing the unit's P&L, crafting and executing business strategies, and initiating measures to drive growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in business management, sales, CRM, and marketing, with a proven track record in P&L management. The candidate should possess extensive experience in the Diagnostic & Wellness sector or a related field and demonstrate excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and data analysis skills.

Job Detail

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive industry research and interpret market data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve unit goals.
  • Manage seed capital and identify alternative financing options to support business initiatives.
  • Design and implement business plans aimed at achieving growth and profitability targets.
  • Analyze internal and external data to produce insightful reports.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide data-driven analysis to advise on project feasibility.
  • Develop and manage trackable, data-driven budgets.
