Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensuring food quality and safety standards are met
- Managing staff performance and providing ongoing training
- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed

- Ensuring the restaurant is clean and well-maintained
- Implementing and monitoring operational policies and procedures
