As an Executive Assistant at Pharma Ethics LTD, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Managing Director and other top-level executives. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules and appointments.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and travel.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data as requested.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
