Job Detail


  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules and appointments.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and travel.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data as requested.
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
