Job Detail

Responsibilities

  • Assist in driving the overall revenue and sales for the company
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales operations inquiries, requests, and issues
  • Monitor sales cycles, payments, and LPOS
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, pricing, and promotions
  • Generate reports on sales data, activity, and performance metrics
  • Monitor and update the sales pipeline and forecast in Salesforce
  • Assist with the development and implementation of sales incentive programs
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for sales team members
  • Manage the sales team's calendar and schedule appointments and route plans
  • Prepare sales presentations and proposals
  • Handle customer service inquiries and escalated issues
  • Accept sales orders and send invoices
  • Update the CRM system with customer information
  • Train new sales team members on company policies and procedures
  • Track long-term sales data and report
  • Implement new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams
  • Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management
