Mofemart, an online grocery store located in Ikorodu, Lagos, is dedicated to providing FMCG goods at retail and wholesale prices lower than regular market and supermarket prices. Our services include nationwide deliveries within 24 hours of orders placed. We are seeking a reliable and efficient Dispatch Rider to join our team.
The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for delivering items to customers, verifying orders, inventorying stock, and arranging transportation. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall operational efficiency of Mofemart.
As a Dispatch Rider, you will handle outdoor and indoor deliveries, send and collect official documents, materials, packages, and bulky items. You will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and ensuring that their orders are delivered safely and on time.

Responsibilities
- Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
- Contacting customers to verify delivery address.
- Picking up items and delivering them safely to customers on time.
- Collecting payments for items upon delivery to the customer.
- Ensuring accurate inventorying of stock.
- Arranging and managing transportation for deliveries.
- Reporting any issues or discrepancies during deliveries.
- Maintaining delivery logs and records.
- Handling and processing returns when necessary.
- Following company procedures and guidelines for emergency situations.
