Lendha is dedicated to empowering small businesses by providing seamless access to credit and spend management tools essential for their growth. As a Credit Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing debt collection processes, developing and enacting payment plans, and ensuring the growth of our loan portfolio. Your responsibilities will include managing past due accounts, contacting clients via telephone, email, and in-person visits, and compiling detailed reports on the status of delinquent accounts. You will work closely with analysts to recommend and implement payment plans in alignment with Lendha’s collections policy.

In addition to debt settlements, you will actively engage in customer acquisition by presenting, promoting, and selling Lendha's products to existing and prospective clients across various sectors, including e-commerce, consumer goods, healthcare, and financial services. You will support the evaluation of loans by ensuring proper credit appraisals and monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts. Clear communication with clients regarding contract terms and payment options is essential, as is the ability to work cooperatively with other departments to balance the needs of both the customer and Lendha.
