As a key member of our administrative team, the front desk officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing top-notch customer service and performing a variety of administrative tasks.

Job Detail

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members
  • Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Assist with document preparation, including typing and formatting legal documents
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team
  • Handle client inquiries and provide information about the firm's services
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of client information
