We are currently seeking dedicated and proactive Loan Collection Officers to join our dynamic team in Ikeja, Lagos. This role is pivotal to our operations, ensuring that overdue loans are recovered efficiently and that our customers are supported throughout the repayment process.
As a Loan Collection Officer at Berysprings Limited, you will be responsible for managing the recovery of overdue loans. You will be the main point of contact for customers with overdue payments, communicating with them on a daily and weekly basis to remind them of their obligations and to negotiate repayment plans that are manageable and effective. Your role will involve a significant amount of customer interaction, requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcomes for both the company and the customers.

Job Detail
Responsibilities
- Manages recovery of overdue loans.
- Contact customers daily/weekly and inform them of their overdue loans.
- Follow up with customers daily/weekly on previous payment and redemption dates.
- Advise customers on the best payment options and negotiate suitable payment plans.
- Report accurate customer feedback daily/weekly.

Qualifications
- SSCE/OND/HND/B.Sc qualification.
- 0 - 1 years of work experience.
- Previous experience in tele-collections or Customer Service (added advantage).
- Strong written, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Agile, teachable, and willing to learn.
- Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong listening skills.
- Persuasive, sales/marketing, and analytical skills (added advantage).
- Must have a smartphone.
