The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. They will also be tasked with monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, responding promptly to service issues and requests, and providing comprehensive technical support across the company, either in person or over the phone.

Job Detail
Responsibilities
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Provide technical support across the company, both in person and over the phone.
- Set up accounts for new users and ensure they are properly equipped.
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
- Test new technology and evaluate its suitability for the company.
- Document issues and resolutions to build a knowledge base.
