Toladol Ventures Deluxe Global, a leading E-commerce and Logistics company based in Ikeja, Lagos, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Export Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing all export shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with all relevant regulations. This role involves regular communication with service providers, maintaining accurate shipment records, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. The Export Specialist will also collaborate with team members to ensure complete shipping documentation and provide recommendations to enhance product revenue and market opportunities. The Export Specialist will play a critical role in managing the logistics of international shipments, ensuring that all export activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with global standards. This includes working closely with customs brokers to ensure timely clearance of shipments, attending relevant workshops to stay updated on product knowledge, and identifying new market opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills to analyze customer feedback and use it to benefit the company.
In addition to logistics management, the Export Specialist will be responsible for maintaining complete documentation of all products and their specifications. Job Detail
Responsibilities
- Coordination and execution of all export shipments for TV Deluxe Global.
- Regular communication with service providers to track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records of all shipments and updating the company's inventory system.
- Coordinating with the customs broker to ensure all shipments are cleared in a timely manner.
- Troubleshooting any issues that may arise with shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure complete shipping documentation for all packages and their specifications at all times.
- Answer all product-related issues and address queries promptly.
- Attending workshops and refresher courses related to the product.
- Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the manager and other relevant stakeholders.
- Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.
- Analyze the customer feedback collected by the customer service team and use it for the benefit of the company.
- Maintain complete documentation of all the products and their specifications.
