The role of Program Manager at Clear Solutions is vital to the expansion and success of our programs. As we scale our operations from four local government areas to potentially impacting hundreds of thousands of children statewide, we require a strong leader who can provide the necessary insights and structure to execute our high-level program designs effectively. The Program Manager will play a critical role in collaborating with trusted NGO and healthcare system partners to ensure that our programs are conceived and executed with excellence.
Job Detail
Responsibilities
- Develop and own detailed program plans, engaging responsible stakeholders for each aspect.
- Report status and plan mitigations for top risk factors.
- Manage partnerships, aligning partner needs and constraints with implementation plans.
- Ensure effective collaboration with partners.
- Orchestrate M&E activities during key operational phases.
- Observe and problem-solve during implementation to serve communities more effectively.
- Represent Clear Solutions in stakeholder discussions up to senior levels.
- Play a major role in organizational decision-making.
- Build on program and domain insights to maximize Clear Solutions' impact and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong English communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills across organizational levels.

- Experience as a program manager or similar role in healthcare or development programs in sub-Saharan Africa.
- Ability to lead through changing circumstances, adapting plans in response to new information.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, documents, and presentations.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience Requirements
- Experience in healthcare or development programs in sub-Saharan Africa.
- Experience as a program manager or in a similar role.
- Experience in NGO program design or strategy.
- Experience engaging with State Government stakeholders.
- Experience in partnership management.
