We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to oversee all financial activities, reporting, and compliance within our medical manufacturing division.
The Financial Controller will play a critical role in developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. This role requires an individual with a strong background in financial management, preferably within the medical manufacturing or healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, as well as monitoring financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and taxation laws, managing cash flow, investments, and financial risk, coordinating financial audits and inspections, and providing financial analysis and support to management decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification preferred.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership and managerial skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software such as ERP systems. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is essential.
