Allen Professional Services, a leading financial and spreadsheet modelling consulting firm, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Quick Services Restaurant (QSR) Outlet Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant outlet in Owerri, Nigeria. We are a passionate team of financial analysts, spreadsheet experts, and modelling consultants dedicated to building efficient and robust models that underpin critical decisions in investments, financial transactions, strategic and operational planning.
As the QSR Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of outlet workers, ensuring smooth operations, and aligning the outlet's activities with the company's objectives. Your role will include maintaining high standards of customer service, developing and implementing operational strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
You will also be tasked with developing marketing strategies to boost sales and profitability, maintaining a clean and safe facility, obtaining customer feedback, and implementing necessary operational changes. Additionally, you will handle cash management activities, prepare expense and revenue reports, and ensure the outlet meets quality and customer service standards.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations.
- Plan and assign daily workloads to outlet associates.
- Develop and enforce established policies and procedures.
- Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards.
- Develop marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability.
- Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe.
- Obtain customer feedbacks and recommend necessary outlet operational changes.
- Schedule orientations and job trainings to outlet associates.
- Organize regular meetings to discuss issues and updates.
