As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the branch office. You will be responsible for recruiting guards for clients with man guard needs, screening resourced/recruited candidates for training, and administering the company employment form to ensure candidates fill them properly. Additionally, you will ensure the proper update of staff records, oversee employee orientation and training, and act as a liaison between employees and management.

Your role will involve managing employee and client complaints, undertaking communications and interpersonal skills training, and arranging employee physical examinations. You will be tasked with preparing reports, updating leave, leave allowance, and other entitlements, and ensuring accurate attendance entry and submission on time. Documentation of new staff before deployment, assisting with the computations and submission of overtime, and ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures are also key responsibilities.

Moreover, you will carry out vetting and document verifications, act as an area manager to patrol and supervise guards in different locations, perform risk assessments, and write reports on these assessments. You will be responsible and accountable for all company property at the branch office, supervise administrative staff such as drivers, cleaners, guards, and assistants, and maintain official vehicles, motorbikes, computers, and phones at the branch office. Collaborating with other departments for voucher payments and any other tasks assigned will also be part of your duties.
