Satiate Casual Dining, a leading restaurant in Owerri, Imo, renowned for its diverse menu featuring pasta, burgers, and noodles, is seeking a skilled and friendly waiter/waitress to join our dynamic team. Operating from Tuesday to Saturday between 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM and on Sundays from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and high-quality food to our patrons.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and refill drinks, clear plates, and assist with any additional requests.
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and coordinate any special requests or dietary restrictions.
  • Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
