You will be involved in every step of the process, from the initial recruitment to the final training and orientation. Your role will also involve maintaining up-to-date staff records, managing employee relations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Job Detail
Responsibilities
- Recruit Guards for clients with man guard needs.
- Screen resourced/recruited candidates for training.
- Administer the company employment form and guide candidates to fill them properly.
- Ensure proper update of staff records.
- Oversee employee orientation and training.
- Liaise between employees and management.
- Manage employee/client complaints.
- Undertake communications and interpersonal skills training.
- Arrange employee physical examinations.
- Collaborate with other departments for voucher payments, etc.
- Any other tasks assigned.
