We are seeking an ambitious and commercially aware Territory Manager to manage the end-to-end operations of a specific warehouse and market in Warri, Delta. The successful candidate will oversee the performance of the business unit, including accountability for the P&L, budget, market performance, operations, and people management.

Job Detail


  • Manage the P&L for the warehouse and market, driving profit maximization.
  • Oversee business unit performance and ensure the attainment of organizational KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the commercial and purchasing teams to spearhead revenue generation.
  • Communicate and execute business strategy in the market, ensuring team alignment.
  • Lead coordination of business activities with the head office and Functional Managers.
  • Facilitate proper inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention.
  • Drive compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements, ensuring team training.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget for the business unit.
  • Conduct market surveys and analyses to identify business opportunities and understand competitor activities.
  • Manage recruitment, training, supervision, and appraisals of staff, working closely with HR.
