As a Store Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse. Your role will involve managing inventory using ERP systems, ensuring the implementation of FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expire First Out) methods, and supervising warehouse staff to prevent stock loss. You will also handle goods supply to customers and transfers, lead stock counts, and update stock records. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in warehousing, inventory management, and logistics, with at least three years of relevant experience.
You will need to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, experience with ERP systems such as SAGE 1000 ERP or SAGE X3, and possess strong analytical, supervisory, and decision-making abilities. This position requires excellent multitasking skills and the ability to plan and execute storage strategies effectively. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
Job Detail
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper receipt and storage of raw materials and finished goods
- Determine storage locations and stacking arrangements
- Raise Material Received Voucher (MRV) and update ERP with items received and issued
- Implement 'First In First Out' (FIFO) and 'First Expire First Out (FEFO)' methods
- Supervise warehouse staff to prevent stock loss
- Handle goods supply to customers and transfers
- Lead stock counts and update stock cards
- Physically receive materials, make GRN (Goods Received Note) in SAGE, and tag them
- Issue materials to departments, reconcile with SAGE X3, and update Bin balance
- Control inventory, update Bin cards, and conduct periodic stock taking
- Plan for material storage
- Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications
- BSc / HND in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or related field
