Orange Drugs is looking for a skilled and experienced Chemical Analyst to join their team in Onitsha. This role involves performing qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses or experiments in laboratories for quality control or to develop new products or knowledge. Job Detail

Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses or experiments in laboratories for quality control or to develop new products or knowledge
  • Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on the appropriateness of data for release
  • Utilize chemical laboratory techniques, including the use of various instruments and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Prepare chemical solutions for products and processes following standardized formulas, or create experimental formulas
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
  • Record and analyze data meticulously
  • Communicate findings effectively with the team
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in chemical analysis and laboratory techniques
