Job Detail


  • Key distributor management to deliver positive ROI.
  • Supervision of secondary sales team to drive product availability.
  • Retail account management and creation.
  • Setting territory sales targets and objectives.
  • Coaching and accompanying direct reports to enhance efficiency.
  • Managing outlets to ensure proper servicing, handling complaints, and overseeing merchandising.
  • Developing distribution by adding new markets, outlets, beats, yans, handcarts, trikes, and bikes.
  • Meeting secondary sales volume and target for the territory.
  • Managing KD staff, including sales reps and KPO, with daily reviews.
  • Managing KD warehouse to maintain FIFO and stacking norms.
  • Conducting market visits for at least 12 full days per month and accompanied calls with each SR at least one full day per month.
