Job Detail
Responsibilities
- Design and build sophisticated and highly scalable apps using Flutter.
- Build custom packages in Flutter utilizing native Android and iOS functionalities and APIs.
- Translate and build designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive UI code.
- Write efficient queries for core data.
- Implement MVC and MVVM architecture to develop maintainable, testable, and functional software.
- Explore feasible architectures for new features.
- Resolve existing system problems and suggest and implement new features.
- Suggest space and time-efficient data structures.
- Follow best practices for app development, ensuring everything is structured and well-documented.
- Use CI/CD for smooth deployment.
- Document projects and code efficiently.
- Manage code and projects on Git to keep in sync with team members and managers.
- Communicate with the Project Manager regarding project status and deadlines.
- Ensure security guidelines are followed during app development.
- Validate the cloud system to ensure new changes do not compromise backend security.
- Suggest new features and enhancements.
- Maintain software through its lifecycle, including design, development, verification, and bug fixes.
- Connect regularly with the Quality Assurance Specialist to deliver a stable app.
- Resolve bugs reported by the Quality Assurance Specialist in a timely manner.
- Perform time profiling and memory leak assessments.
- Execute app verification protocols.
- Write tests for the app.
- Follow company policies and quality procedures to ensure quality deliverables.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of combined mobile development experience.
- Expertise in Flutter for building cross-platform mobile apps for Android, iOS, and Web.
- Experience in native Android and iOS development for building custom Flutter packages.
- Proficiency with Firebase, including Cloud Firestore, Push Notifications, Cloud Functions, and Analytics.
- Ability to use Figma to analyze and view designs for app development.
- Proficiency in Git for managing and collaborating on projects.
- Ability to provide a portfolio of solo projects upon request.
Education Requirements
- Post-secondary school degree or diploma.
