The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will play a pivotal role in leading our Education Reform and Innovation Team, driving the organization’s mission to transform education in alignment with our comprehensive Theory of Change. This leadership role demands a visionary individual who can blend strategic oversight with impactful execution. The CEO will guide the organization through its next phase of growth by developing and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance educational outcomes and expand our reach.
The CEO will be directly responsible for scaling up the organization’s impact, securing sustainable funding, and enhancing operational efficiency. This role involves navigating the organization through evolving educational landscapes, fostering partnerships, and influencing policy changes that align with our goals. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of driving substantial progress in educational reform while managing a diverse range of responsibilities.
