As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, engaging with walk-in customers, providing detailed product knowledge, and assisting with financial transactions to optimize sales opportunities. This role is designed specifically for female candidates to maintain gender balance within our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming and guiding walk-in customers, ensuring they receive accurate information about our products and services. You will handle customer inquiries, cross-sell products, and ensure that our product racks are always fully stocked. Your excellent customer service skills will be crucial in coordinating with our Retail Sales Representatives team, especially during peak times, to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
We value customer feedback, and you will be responsible for communicating this to the Store Supervisor to help us continuously improve our services. Staying up to date with new products and services will be an essential part of your role, ensuring that you can provide the most current information to our customers.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide walk-in customers.
- Provide accurate information (e.g., product features and pricing).
- Answer customers' questions about specific products/services.
- Cross-sell products.
- Ensure racks are fully stocked.
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times).
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Supervisor.
- Stay up to date with new products/services.
