As a key member of our administrative team, the front desk officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing top-notch customer service and performing a variety of administrative tasks.
Job Detail
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Assist with document preparation, including typing and formatting legal documents
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about the firm's services
- Ensure confidentiality and security of client information
