Mofemart is an online grocery store that provides FMCG goods at both retail and wholesale prices, cheaper than regular market and supermarket prices. We offer nationwide delivery within 24 hours of orders placed. We are seeking a competent Logistic Officer to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company. This role is critical in coordinating personnel and processes to ensure the efficient distribution of goods.
As a Logistic Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations, ensuring that premises, assets, and communication pathways are used effectively. You will utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures, recruit and coordinate logistics staff, and supervise orders to ensure they meet company needs. Effective communication with suppliers, retailers, and customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction is key. Additionally, you will plan and track the shipment of final products, keep logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders, and prepare accurate reports for upper management.
This role requires someone with proven experience as a logistics coordinator, knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements, and the ability to work with little supervision while tracking multiple processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and coordination abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP).

Responsibilities

- Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, etc., to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
