The Key Account Onboarding Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers by understanding their requirements and ensuring mutual satisfaction. This role requires an individual who is proactive, highly organized, and capable of negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure profitable partnerships. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at chain store accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure profitable partnerships.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to expand product offerings and increase market share.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to chain store partners.
  • Travel to visit chain store locations as needed to build relationships and drive business growth.
  • Onboard new chain stores.
  • Follow up with outstanding payments.
