This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions within the company. The Senior Admin Officer will oversee a range of administrative tasks, including logistics coordination, procurement processes, and office management, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations.
As a Senior Admin Officer, you will be responsible for organizing meetings and workshops, maintaining vehicle and generator logs, coordinating logistics and procurement operations, and ensuring that all documentation is properly filed and managed. You will also be tasked with preparing reports on personnel and material movements, managing store inventories, and arranging repairs and maintenance for office equipment and vehicles.
To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in Business or Public Administration, at least 10 years of experience in an administrative role, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multi-ethnic environment.

Job Detail
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely welcome services, hotel, and flight bookings for staff and visitors
- Prepare and file documents for signature/action and maintain proper filing systems
- Support the planning and organization of meetings and workshops
- Maintain vehicle and generator maintenance logs
- Coordinate logistics and procurement operations
- Prepare and maintain records of outstanding purchase orders with external vendors
- Arrange transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare reports on personnel and material movement
- Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of reporting requirements
- Ensure appropriate request for quotation and processing of correct quotations
- Manage store using specified software
- Ensure vehicles and generators are in good condition, liaise with Admin Coordinator for necessary repairs and improvements
- Arrange for the repair and maintenance of office equipment and machinery
