As the company expanded, it introduced new products such as Viju Baked Yoghurt and Viju Malt Milk, further diversifying into the confectionery and water markets with products like “Mr.V Premium Water.”

Our continued commitment to innovation and excellence has led to the development of V-Smartic Wheat Milk Drink, V-Joy Chocolate Milk Drink (available in 100ml, 200ml, and 1-liter sizes), and V-Cool Carbonated Drinks in flavors such as Coffee Cola, Orange Cola, Cola, and Viju Coffee Milk Drink.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Benin City, Edo. This role is crucial for driving market demand and penetration of Viju products, developing new markets, and maintaining strong business relationships with key decision-makers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all customer interfaces, managing commercial agreements, and promoting new product lines.

Job Detail

Responsibilities

  • Increase market demand and penetration of VIJU products through existing relationships and customer base.
  • Develop new customers and markets for both new and existing products.
  • Establish and grow business relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct customer and end-user presentations promoting VIJU solutions and technology.
  • Maintain and share knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, product needs, and customer base.
  • Manage all customer interfaces, facilitate and manage commercial agreements, sales calls, pipeline development, and promotion of new product lines.
  • Effectively manage proposal bid preparation and processing for customers, including quotations and tenders.
  • Answer technical questions and support customers.
  • Educate prospects on product benefits and company policies.
  • Become a trusted advisor for customers, providing knowledge and expertise from personal experience.
  • Provide consistent positive customer experiences to increase short-term demand and long-term loyalty.
  • Provide consistent market intelligence on competitors' activities, promos, prices, and other moves.
