This really isn't 'Engrish'. It's just a sign about how rude smokers are. Seriously, the whole 'Engrish' thing was funny about 15 years back.

Yeah, once again, this is an exact translation and not 'Engrish' at all. Way too many of these lately where people think it's funny because it's a bad translation, but it isn't.
No one said its funny because of a bad translation. Its just funny because they use a sign to mean something so abnormal to discuss. Thanks for the comments though!
